Rumination
Where heaviness takes hold — and grows.
All,
As we dive into our month focused on freedom from the 3 Rs, I wanted to interject another R-word into the mix that speaks to how burdening ourselves in these areas can negatively affect our wellbeing.
And that’s ruminate.
Because that’s what we do when we’re under the weight of regrets, resentment and restrictions. We chew on them. Incessantly.

Doubts.
Fears.
Disappointment.
Worry.
And the truth is, we all do it.
So this month, as we navigate topics that are certainly easier to ignore, I wish you the courage to notice your own ruminations.
They’ll offer an important glimpse into the baggage weighing you down.
And that awareness is your first step towards true liberation.
Here’s to you,
